妇科手术合并糖尿病患者围手术期的个性化饮食护理

             

摘要

目的:探讨个性化饮食护理干预对糖尿病患者行妇科手术围手术期的影响。方法:选取2012年4月~2013年4月在某院实施个性化饮食护理干预的80例行妇科手术合并2型糖尿病的患者作为观察组,选择2012年4月之前某院尚未实施个性化饮食护理干预的80例妇科手术合并2型糖尿病的患者作为对照组。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上增加个性化饮食护理干预。结果:术后随访2~3周,发现观察组的并发症发生率、血糖控制率、住院时间明显优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义( P均<0.01)。结论:通过对2型糖尿病患者围手术期进行个性化饮食护理,有效地提高了患者的术前术后血糖控制达标率,促进了合并糖尿病患者的妇科手术顺利地进行,能够有效地避免手术相关并发症的发生,促进患者康复。%Objective:To investigate the effect of personalized diet care on diabetic patients underwent gynecologic surgery during perioperative period .Methods:Select 80 cases of diabetic patients of type 2 who were received in some hospital during the period from April 2012 to April 2013 and were treated with personalized diet care as the observa‐tion group and 80 cases of diabetic patients of type 2 who were received in some hospital before April 2012 who were not with personalized diet care as the control group .Treat the control group with usual care while the observation were added with personalized diet care .Results:Follow‐up visits were paid in the following 2 to 3 week after surgery , it was found that the occurrence of the complication ,the control rate of blood sugar ,the length of hospital stay of the observation group were obviously superior to that of the control group ,the differences were of statistical significance (P<0 .05) .Conclusion:Treating the diabetic patients of type 2 who underwent gynecologic surgery during periopera‐tive period effectively improves the preoperative and postoperative control rate of blood sugar ,promote the gynecolog‐ic surgery conducted on patients with diabetes ,effectively avoid the occurance of complication related to surgery and promote recovery .
