沐舒坦不同用药途径治疗新生儿肺炎的临床疗效及安全性分析

摘要

目的：分析沐舒坦不同用药途径治疗新生儿肺炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法：选择某院2012年3月～2014年1月收治的82例肺炎患儿为研究对象，随机将患者分为两组，各41例，均给予保持呼吸道通畅、抗感染、支持等治疗，在此基础上对照组患儿行沐舒坦静脉滴注治疗，观察组患儿行沐舒坦静脉滴注联合雾化吸入治疗，对两组疗效、不良反应、治疗前后血气变化及症状消失时间等进行比较。结果：观察组治疗总有效率95．12％，与对照组的78．05％比较差异显著（P＜0．05）。两组患儿咳嗽[（3．78 ± 0．92） d VS（5．65±1．21）d]、啰音[（4．88 ± 0．52）d VS（6．31±1．13）d]、气喘[（3．07 ± 0．64）d VS（5．78±1．50）d]消失时间、住院时间[（6．62±1．05）d VS（9．15±2．45）d]比较差异显著（P＜0．01）。另外，两组治疗后血气分析比较差异显著（P＜ 0．05）。结论：沐舒坦雾化吸入联合静脉滴注治疗新生儿肺炎疗效明确，能明显改善患儿临床症状，缩短住院时间，值得临床推广。%Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of ambroxol on neonatal pneumonia with different administration methods and its safety .Methods:Select 82 cases of neonatuses with pneumonia received in some hospital from 2012 March to 2014 January as research objects ,randomly divide the patients into two groups ,41 cases for each ,give them relevant treatment related to keeping their respiratory unobstructed and other treatments like anti -infection and support ,based on that ,the neonatuses in the control group were treated with intravenous infusion of ambroxol and the neonatuses in the observation group were treated with aerosol inhalation of ambroxol .Compare curative effect ,adverse reaction ,blood gas changes and disappear time of symptoms of two groups before and after treatment .Results:Total effective rate of observation group and the control group respectively reached 95 .12% and 78 .05% ,their difference was statistically significant (P<0 .05) .The cough of the two groups were [(3 .78 ± 0 .92) d VS (5 .65 ± 1 .21) d] ,rales [(4 .88 ± 0 . 52) d VS (6 .31 ± 1 .13) d] ,asthma [(3 .07 ± 0 .64) d VS (5 .78 ± 1 .50) d] disappearance time ,hospitali‐zation time [(6 .62 ± 1 .05) d VS (9 .15 ± 2 .45) d] ,the differences were comparatively obvious(P<0 .01) . In addition ,after treatment ,analysis showed that the difference of blood gas between two groups was signif‐icant (P<0 .05) .Conclusion:The therapeutic efficacy of ambroxol administrated through aerosol inhalation combined with intravenous infusion on the treatment of neonatal pneumonia is remarkable ,it would signifi‐cantly improve the clinical symptoms ,shorten the hospitalization time ,it is worth of clinical promotion .
