依达拉奉联合丹红注射液治疗急性脑梗死的疗效评价

Objective:To observe the curative effect of edaravone combined with Danhong injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods:1 67 patients with acute cerebral infarction treated in a hospi-tal from January 2014 to December 2015 were taken as research objects,who were randomly divided into two groups,observation group (n =1 15)treated with edaravone combined with Dan Hong injection,the control group (52 cases)treated by edaravone treatment,then the treatment effect,serum high sensitivity C reactive protein content,brain infarct volume and plasma levels of homocysteine before and after treatment of the two groups were compared.Results:In the observation group total efficiency was 95.7%,in the control group the total efficiency was 86.5%,the difference was significant (P <0.05).In the observation group,cure rate was 55.7%,in the control group,the cure rate was 25.0%,the difference was statistically significant (P <0.001);and cerebral infarct volume and serum high sensitive C reaction protein content and plasma Hcy lev-els of the two groups statistically different (P <0.05).Conclusion:Edaravone combined with Danhong injec-tion in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction has significant clinical curative effect,which can significantly improve the neurological function,reduce brain infarct volume,and effectively improve the serum high sensi-tive C reaction protein content and plasma Hcy levels,as acute cerebral infarction first choice drug regimen.%目的：：观察分析依达拉奉联合丹红注射液治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法：在医院2014年1月~2015年12月期间诊治的急性脑梗死患者167例作研究对象，遵照随机数字法原则将其分成两组，观察组(n =115)应用依达拉奉联合丹红注射液治疗，对照组(n =52)单纯采用依达拉奉治疗，对比两组患者治疗效果、治疗前后血清超敏 C 反应蛋白含量、脑部梗死灶体积与血浆 Hcy 水平变化。结果：观察组治疗总有效率为95.7%，对照组治疗总有效率为86.5%，差异显著(P <0.05)；观察组基本治愈率为55.7%，对照组基本治愈率为25.0%，差异非常显著(P <0.001)；且两组患者治疗后脑梗死灶体积、血清超敏 C 反应蛋白含量和血浆 Hcy 水平的组间对比均有统计学差异(P <0.05)。结论：依达拉奉联合丹红注射液治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效显著，可明显改善患者神经功能，缩小其脑部梗死灶体积，并有效改善其血清超敏 C 反应蛋白含量和血浆 Hcy 水平，可作为急性脑梗死首选用药方案。
