医护一体化责任制合作模式对护士综合护理能力的影响观察

摘要

Objective:To study the influence of medical responsibility system for the integration of coop-eration mode on the comprehensive nursing ability.Methods:Select onset medical personnel and patients of blood departmetn in a hospital,and plan integrated medical responsibility system nursing cooperation mode according to patients and then compare the results before and after investigation.Results:After the imple-mentation of integrated medical responsibility cooperation system,clinical comprehensive ability,clinical effect,complications prevention,and theory knowledge and professional nursing skill scores were greatly im-proved,the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion:Using health care integration ac-countability cooperation modecan improve care quality.%目的：：研究应用医护一体化责任制合作模式会对护士综合护理能力产生的影响。方法：选择某院血液科医护人员和患者，制定针对患者情况的医护一体化责任制合作护理模式，对比调查其实施前后的结果。结果：医护一体化责任制合作模式开展后，临床综合能力提升、临床效果明显提高，病情了解、并发症防范、理论知识以及专业护理技能等分数均比实施前有较大增强，实施前后对比差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论：使用医护一体化责任制合作模式，护理质量明显增强。
