II型糖尿病诱发胃肠功能紊乱应用黛力新及曲美布汀的临床研究

摘要

Objective:To evaluate the application value of Deanxit combined with trimebutine in the treatment of type II diabetes induced gastrointestinal function disorder.Methods:Two groups on routine blood sugar control and diet,vitamin B1 tablets treatment was given to the control group,and oral Deanxit with trimebutine maleate tablets was given to experimental group.Then observe the efficacy and biochemical indicators changes before and after treatment of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the con-trol group was 93.3%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the two groups had no significant differences in CK,ALT,Cr and BUN before and after treatment.Conclusion:The application of trimebutine combined with deanxit has definite effect on the treatment of type II diabetes induced gastroin-testinal dysfunction.%目的：：评价黛力新联合曲美布汀在治疗Ⅱ型糖尿病诱发胃肠功能紊乱中的应用价值。方法：两组在常规控制血糖与饮食的基础上，对照组给予维生素B1片治疗，实验组则接受口服黛力新与曲美布汀片治疗，观察比较两组患者疗效与各生化指标治疗前后变化情况。结果：对照组的治疗总有效率为66.7%，相较于对照组的93.3%明显更低；两组治疗前后 BUN、Cr、ALT及 CK 等均无明显变化与差异。结论：应用曲美布汀联合黛力新治疗Ⅱ型糖尿病诱发胃肠功能紊乱疗效确切。
