后，排除50篇不符合标准的文献；经全文阅读后，排除65篇不符合标准的文献；再次选择，将数据混乱或重复发表的35篇文献排除，最终选入5篇进行数据提取。研究资料中使用预防抗生素组与使用安慰剂组患者总例数及病例选择标准的要求较为明确，主要包括治疗依从性好及严格执行治疗方案等。%Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of prophylactic antibiotics in Severe acute pancrea-titis by using Meta-analysis.Methods:1 5 5 literate reviews on prophylactic antibiotics in Severe acute pancre-atitis from 2010 to 2015 taken as research data,5 of which were selected to extract data.Then apply Review Manager 5 .0 software to collect and analyze data.Results:In applying prophylactic antibiotics in the treat-ment of severe acute pancreatitis,infection was (OR value=0.66,95% CI:0.42~1.01),surgery rates was (OR value=0.89,95% CI:0.59~1.35)and mortality was (OR value = 0.68,95% CI:0.40~1.14).Conclu-sion:The infection rate,surgery rate and mortality rate in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis preva-lence with prophylactic antibiotics were not improved and the prognosis of patients had no significant effect.
