妇产科手术致泌尿系统损伤的原因分析及防范

摘要

Objective:To analyze the causes of urinary system injury caused by gynecologic surgery and to explore preventive measures.Methods:A retrospective analysis of the data of patients received surgery in a hospital and suffered from urinary system damage was carried out.Then analyze the causes of urinary sys-tem damage caused by gynecologic surgery and develop countermeasures.142 cases received obstetrics and gynecology in our hospital from May 2014 to April 2015 were divided into experimental group and control group,and then only implement preventive measures for the experimental group .The incidence of urinary tract inj ury of the two groups were compared.Results:There is a close relationship between the anatomical location,surgeon skills and Urinary system inj ury caused by gynecologic surgery.After implementing pre-ventive measures,urinary system damage occurrence in experimental group was 8.4%,significantly lower than that in the control group 21.2% (P<0.05).Conclusion:To analyze the causes of Urinary system injury caused by gynecologic surgery and develop preventive measures can effectively reduce the incidence of urinary system inj ury gynecological surgery patients.%目的：：分析妇产科手术致泌尿系统损伤的原因，探讨防范对策。方法：回顾早期在某院妇产科接受手术治疗、术后发生泌尿系统损伤的患者的临床资料，分析妇产科手术致泌尿系统损伤的原因，制定防范对策。将2014年5月~2015年4月期间在我院妇产科接受手术治疗的142例患者分成试验组和对照组，仅对试验组患者实施防范对策，比较两组患者的泌尿系统损伤发生率。结果：妇产科手术致泌尿系统损伤与患者手术解剖位置、手术医师操作技能存在密切关系，实施防范对策后，试验组患者的泌尿系统损伤发生率为8.4%，明显低于对照组患者的21.2%(P<0.05)。结论：对妇产科手术致泌尿系统损伤的原因进行分析，制定防范对策，可有效降低妇产科手术患者的泌尿系统损伤发生率。
