舌侧开沟槽后超强纤维固定治疗前牙重度牙周炎松牙临床观察

摘要

Objective:To observe clinical effect of lingual open groove super fiber fixed severe periodonti-tis treatment of front teeth loose tooth.Methods:To select 60 patients were randomly divided into observa-tion group and control group 30 cases respectively,the observation group were treated by opening groove to the lingual fixed super fiber,and the control group were treated by the nylon thread ligation topical compos-ite resin.Results:After treatment for 6 months,12 months and 24 months,treatment success rate of obser-vation group was obviously higher than that of the control group,which is of significant difference (P <0.05).In terms of comfort,aesthetic,chew presence of power comparison,the observation group was better than the control group,which is statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion:The clinical curative effect of lingual open groove after super fiber fixed severe periodontitis treatment of front teeth loose tooth is distinct.%目的：：观察舌侧开沟槽后超强纤维固定治疗前牙重度牙周炎松牙临床效果。方法：对选取的60例患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例，观察组予舌侧开沟槽后超强纤维固定治疗，对照组予尼龙丝结扎外敷复合树脂治疗。结果：在治疗后6个月、12个月、24个月观察组治疗成功率明显高于对照组，差异性显著(P <0.05)。两组患者在舒适度、美观度、咀嚼有无力量方面比较，观察组明显优于对照组，差异性显著(P <0.05)。结论：舌侧开沟槽后超强纤维固定治疗前牙重度牙周炎松牙临床疗效显著。
