3H 护理服务管理模式在岗位护理礼仪培训的应用效果

摘要

目的：：探讨3H 护理服务管理模式在岗位护理礼仪培训的应用效果。方法：对全院护士进行护理职业形象重塑中，融入3H 护理服务管理模式，采用综合评价方法了解改革效果。结果：实验组与对照组满意度对比，实验组满意度明显高于对照组，满意度有明显差异(P<0.01)。结论：3H 护理服务管理模式在岗位护理礼仪培训中，有效提高病房护理质量、护士素质和病人满意度。%Objective:To explore the application effect of 3 H nursing service management mode in post nursing etiquette region nursing.Methods:For occupation image reconstruction of the nurses in the hospital, combinning with the 3 H management model,using the comprehensive evaluation method to understand the effect of the reform.Results:The satisfaction degree of experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:3H nursing service management mode in the post nursing etiquette training can improve ward nursing quality,nursing quality and patient's satisfaction.
