侧卧位纠正持续性枕后位枕横位的临床效果

摘要

Objective:To explore the effect of the use of lateral position in persistent posterior occipital pillow.Methods:80 patients with permanent posterior occiput posterior occlusion were randomly divided into observation group (lateral position delivery) and control group (conventional supine lithotomy position) from April 2015 to April 2016 in a hospital.Compare the maternal mode of delivery, production time, neonatal asphyxia rate, perineal laceration rate, perineal lateral rate, fetal orientation correction and maternal satisfactio of the two groups.Results:The proportion of fetal rotation vaginal delivery rate, production time and maternal satisfaction in of the control group were significantly lower than those in the observation group.The perineal lateral rate of the control group was higher than that of the observation group, P<0.05, which was statistically significant.Conclusion:The effect of continuous posterior occiput posterior occlusion of the posterior position is significant and is worthy of promotion.%目的:探讨持续性枕后位枕横位产妇使用侧卧位的效果.方法:选取2015年4月~2016年4月某院在产程中确诊的持续性枕后位枕横位产妇80例,随机分成观察组(侧卧位分娩)和对照组(常规仰卧截石位),比较两组产妇的分娩方式、生产时间、新生儿窒息率、会阴裂伤率、会阴侧切率、胎方位的矫正情况和产妇的满意度.结果:对照组中胎位转正的比例、阴道分娩率、生产时间、产妇满意度明显低于观察组,对照组的会阴侧切率高于观察组,P<0.05,有统计学意义.结论:持续性枕后位枕横位产妇使用侧卧位纠正后效果显著,值得推广.
