小建中汤应用于58例消化性溃疡临床治疗的疗效观察

摘要

目的:分析小建中汤应用于58例消化性溃疡临床治疗的疗效观察.方法:选取某院于2014年12月~2016年3月间收治的58例消化性溃疡患者进行研究,按照患者进行治疗的先后顺序,分为A组29例和B组29例.A组患者西药治疗,B组患者小建中汤治疗,对比两组患者的临床治疗效果.结果:B组患者症状改善、溃疡面积以及复发情况均优于A组,有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:消化性溃疡患者接受小建中汤治疗,治疗效果突出,能有效的减少溃疡复发,促进患者溃疡愈合,临床推广价值显著.%Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effect of Xiaojianzhong Decoction on clinical treatment of 58 cases of peptic ulcer.Methods:Fifty-eight patients with peptic ulcer treated from December 2014 to March 2016 were selected and divided into group A of 29 patients and group B of 29 patients according to the treatment order.Group A of patients was treated with western medicine treatment, group B of patients was treated with Xiaojianzhong decoction,and then compared the clinical treatment efficacy of the two groups.Results:The improvement of symptoms,ulcer area and recurrence of group B were better than group A, with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment effect is outstanding in the patients with peptic ulcer treated by Xiaojianzhong decoction,which effectively reduced the recurrence of ulcer, promoted ulcer healing,with remarkable clinical promotion value.
