曼月乐环联合子宫病灶切除术治疗子宫腺肌病临床疗效观察

摘要

Objective:To investigate the clinical curative effect of Mirena combined uterus lesions resec-tion in the treatment of uterine adenomyosis.Methods:40 cases of local adenomyosis patients were selected and given enucleation of uterine adenomyosis lesion.After operation,all patients received triptorelin or oral contraceptives treatment for 1 ~ 3 months,then the LNG-IUS (Levonorgestrel Intrauterine System)were placed on patients,and the therapeutic effect was evaluated.Results:Of the dysmenorrhea of 40 patients re-mitted in different degrees,and after 1 year follow-up there was no recurrent symptoms of dysmenorrhea (P<0.01);The postoperative menstrual blood volume was significantly reduced (P <0.01);The postoperative FSH,LH,E2 of patients had no significant change (P >0.05).Conclusion:Adenomyosis lesion resection com-bined Mirena in the treatment of adenomyosis is a kind of effective method.%目的：：探讨子宫腺肌病病灶局部切除术联合曼月乐环治疗子宫腺肌病的临床疗效。方法：选取40例局部型子宫腺肌病患者，进行子宫腺肌瘤病灶挖除术，术后用曲普瑞林或者口服避孕药治疗1~3个月，之后再放置曼月乐(左炔诺孕酮宫内节育系统)环，评估治疗效果。结果：术后40例患者痛经均有不同程度的缓解，且随访1年痛经症状无反复(P <0.01)；术后月经量较前明显减少(P <0.01)；手术后 FSH、LH、E2无明显改变(P >0.05)。结论：子宫腺肌病病灶局部切除术联合曼月乐环治疗子宫腺肌病，是子宫腺肌病的一种有效治疗方法。
