快速康复外科在胃癌手术中的应用效果分析

摘要

Objective:To analyze the effect of application of fast track surgery in gastric cancer surgery. Methods:62 cases of gastric cancer patients treated in a hospital from January 2013 to December 2015 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group.The observation group was given the nursing according to the concept of fast track surgery,and the control group was given traditional nursing, then compared the recovery situation and complication rates of two groups.Results:The first exhaust time,the first defecation time,hospitalization time and 2 weeks after weight loss of observation group were better than those of control group,which the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05);The incidence of com-plications of observation group was 9.68%,and that of control group was 29.03%,which the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of fast track surgery in gastric surgery was significant,which has high clinical value.%目的：：分析快速康复外科在胃癌手术中的应用效果。方法：2013年1月~2015年12月某院收治的62例胃癌手术患者为研究对象，将其随机分为观察组与对照组，观察组给予快速康复外科理念开展护理工作，对照组给予传统护理方法，对比两组患者手术恢复情况及并发症发生率。结果：观察组术后首次排气时间、首次排便时间、住院时间及术后2周体重减轻等方面均优于对照组，数据差异显著(P <0.05)；观察组并发症发生率为9.68%，对照组并发症发生率为29.03%，数据差异显著(P <0.05)。结论：快速康复外科在胃癌手术中的应用效果显著，临床推广价值高。
