观察养血生乳口服液对产妇乳汁分泌和产褥复旧的影响

摘要

Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of Yangxueshengru oral liquid on secretion of breast milk and puerperal involution.Methods:100 cases of delivery women with poor milk secretion were di-vided into two groups,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given Shenkunyangxue oral liquid, and the observation group was treated with Yangxueshengru oral liquid.Results:Compared with control group,the excellent and good rate (96%)of breast milk secretion in observation group was higher,P <0.05;The initial time of lactation(10.3 ± 8.6 )h was shorter,and normal swelling and mild swelling rate (98%) were higher,P <0.05;The uterine volume after 3,5 days was significantly smaller,P < 0.05.Conclusion:Yangxueshengru oral liquid for maternal milk secretion and puerperal involution has positive effect,with re-markable curative effect,and can effectively improve the problem of poor maternal postpartum lactation and promote puerperal involution,which is worthy of wide clinical application and promotion.%目的：：探讨养血生乳口服液对产妇乳汁分泌和产褥复旧的疗效。方法：100例产后泌乳不畅产妇分两组各50例,对照组口服参坤养血口服液,观察组口服养血生乳口服液。结果：与对照组比较,观察组母乳分泌量优良率(96%)更高,P <0.05,泌乳始动时间(10.3±8.6)h 更短,正常肿胀和轻度肿胀率(98%)更高,P <0.05；产后第3d、5d 子宫体积明显更小,P <0.05。结论：养血生乳口服液对产妇乳汁分泌和产褥复旧具有积极的作用,疗效显著,能够有效地改善产妇产后泌乳不畅的问题,并且有利于促进产褥复旧,值得临床广泛应用以及推广。
