熔融铜渣天然气还原过程的研究

         

摘要

采用天然气对熔融态铜渣进行还原,通过单因素实验考察了反应温度、碱度、通气量、渣金分离时间对铜渣中铜和铁总收得率的影响.在惰性气氛下,反应温度为1425℃,熔渣碱度为1.0,天然气过量系数为1.3倍,渣金分离时间为30 min时,渣中铁质量含量降到2.58%,铜含量由0.88%降低到0.03%,铜渣中铜和铁总收率达到94.09%.%Melting copper slag was reduced by natural gas. Effects of temperature, basicity gas volume and slag-metal separation time on the overall recovery ratios of iron and copper were investigated by the single factor experiment. In an inert atmosphere, when temperature is 1 425℃, basicity is 1. 0, the excess coefficient of natural gas is 1. 3 and separation time is 30 min, iron content in the slag is reduced to 2. 58%( mass fraction) , copper content is reduced to 0. 03% from 0. 88%, and the overall recovery ratios of iron and copper reach 94. 09%.
