价值共创视角下的操作常规与动态能力——以广州和苑酒家的两家分店为例

         

摘要

本文围绕"动态能力如何影响组织常规变化"这一核心问题,通过广州和苑酒家的两家分店(粤财店和时代店)的双案例比较,从价值共创角度研究了以下问题:外部市场动态性与企业动态能力之间的关系、企业决策者和操作者在动态能力对组织常规变化中的影响以及顾客和企业互动的价值共创在动态能力影响组织常规变化过程中发挥的作用.在此基础上,提出了三个命题:市场动态性是动态能力的前因变量;动态能力通过主体能动性改变组织常规;价值共创存在于动态能力的发展过程中.%This paper revolves around a central question that how dynamic capabilities affect rou-tine changes in an organization based on a pair-wise case study of Yuecai Restaurant and Shidai Restaurant of Guangzhou Heyuan.From the perspective of value co-creation,we look into the re-lationship between external market dynamics and dynamic capabilities of the enterprise,and the role played by business decision makers and operators in the course of dynamic capabilities having impacts on organizational routine changes and the value co-creation between customers and the enterprise about how to affect organizational routine changes.On this basis,two propositions are proposed:First,the market dynamics is the antecedent variable of the dynamic capabilities.Sec-ond,the dynamic capabilities change the operational routines through the subject.T hird,value co-creation exists in the development process of dynamic capabilities.
