采用氧化物陶瓷工艺制备MnZn铁氧体材料,研究了配方中Ni(以NiO的形式)取代Mn对MnZn铁氧体微结构及磁性能的影响.结果表明,配方中Ni取代会造成磁导率下降、损耗增大,但适宜的取代量可以提高MnZn铁氧体材料的高温饱和磁感应强度,当取代量为3.5mol%时,MnZn铁氧体100℃下的饱和磁感应强度可以高达492mT.%MnZn ferrites were prepared by conventional oxide ceramic process. The influences of Ni-substitution (in the form of NiO) to Mn on the microstructure and magnetic properties of MnZn ferrites were investigated. The results indicated that Ni-substitution in the main composition reduces the initial permeability and increases the power losses. Proper Ni-substitution can enhance the saturation magnetic induction at high temperature. For sample with Ni-substitution of 3.5mol%, the saturation magnetic induction of MnZn ferrite reaches 492mT at 100°C.
