永磁体用于磁阻发射器弹丸材料的可行性分析

         

摘要

As an important part of the reluctance coil launcher, projectile material has important influence on its emission properties. By using the FEM software Ansoft Maxwell, we simulate the dynamic process of the single-stagebattery reluctance coil launcher using steel1010, NdFeB35 and AlNiCo9 as projectile to illustrate the feasibility of using permanent magnet material as projectile for reluctance coil launcher. The results show that the permanent magnet material can be used for projectile, and has superiority at initial acceleration, but the polarity of the projectile should be considered. For projectile material for reluctance coil launcher, it is better to choose material with high permeability or high saturation induction strength Bs or high residual magnetization Br.%弹丸作为磁阻发射器的重要部分,其材料的特性对发射性能有重要影响。利用Ansoft有限元软件仿真了steel1010(10号钢)和NdFeB35、AlNiCo9磁体等三种材料作为圆柱形弹丸材料时单级电池型磁阻发射器的动态过程,分析了永磁体作为磁阻发射器弹丸材料的可行性。结果表明,永磁体可作为磁阻发射器弹丸的材料,相对于钢等软磁材料其优势在于初始加速时间短,但发射时需考虑弹丸的极性;选择永磁体作为磁阻发射器的弹丸时,应选剩磁较大的永磁体,其发射效果更好。
