传统充磁与正弦充磁磁齿轮磁场分布及转矩特性对比分析

     

摘要

In order to improve the torque density of magnetic field modulated permanent magnetic gear, a magnetic gear based on sinusoidal magnetization is analyzed by changing the mode of magnetization. By using Ansoft Maxwell 2D, two finite element models of different magnetizations are established. In the static model, the distribution of flux lines are analyzed, the flux density of internal and external air gap are also calculated to obtain the main harmonic wave. The static torque and steady-state torque are computed in the transient model. By comparing the flux density, the main harmonic frequency and torque of models of different magnetizations, it shows that the magnetic gear based on sinusoidal magnetization has less harmonic content and high torque.%为提高磁场调制式磁齿轮的转矩密度,改变传统充磁方式,分析了一种正弦充磁磁齿轮。利用Ansoft软件构建了两种充磁方式磁齿轮的有限元模型,在静态模型下分析了两种磁齿轮的磁力线分布,计算了内外层气隙磁通密度,获得了内外层气隙磁密的各主要谐波;计算了模型中内外转子的静态转矩和稳态运行转矩。对两种充磁方式磁齿轮的气隙磁密、谐波以及转矩进行了比较,结果表明在同体积下正弦充磁磁齿轮具有较小的谐波含量和较高的转矩。
