The Yuan Dynasty and the Qing Dynasty were two political powers historically established by ethnic minorities with similar historic features and social conflicts apart from different fate for different lasting time.The analysis of ethnic policies and fate of the two dynasties reveals the significance of ethnic relations to national stability,providing reference for establishment and maintenance of China＇s harmonious ethnic relations.%元朝和清朝都是我国历史上少数民族建立的全国性政权,两个朝代的历史性特点和主要社会矛盾极其相似,但两个朝代的存续时间却有着明显的差别。元清两代的民族政策既有相同点,又有明显的差别,这种差别是两个王朝历史命运截然不同的重要原因。从两个王朝的民族政策以及命运的对比分析来看,民族关系状态对国家稳定具有重要意义,这对我国新时期和谐民族关系的建立和维护具有重要的借鉴意义。
