我国水资源问题探析

摘要

本文分析我国水资源问题现状，造成水资源问题的原因，提出了解决水资源问题的若干建议：利用博弈论解决公共水资源问题；加强水资源的宏观管理；利用市场机制合理制定水价；加强护水、节水宣传，提高人民主动爱水意识；建立健全有关法律法规体系实现依法治水。%This paper analyzes the present conditions and t he c ause of the water resource problems, and brings forward some advice to deal with the water resource problems. The public water resources problems should be deal t with by applying game theory. The water resource should be strongly macro-mana ged by applying the market mechanism to make the water price reasonable. The ide as of water protection and water-saving should be publicized, so as to improve p eople’s consciousness of water-loving and to make rules for water protection.
