In view of disadvantages of prevailing building insulation materials in our country , this paper intro-duces the production of DY-09 inorganic fireproof insulation board and analyzes the related performance affecting factors, such as dry density of the insulation board (170 ±5kg/m3), low thermal conductivity (≤0.05 W· K-1· m-1), high compression strength (≥0.40MPa), high pull strength (≥0.1MPa) and low produce cost (≤300 RMB Yuan/m3).Besides, we investigated the heat transfer characteristics of foam concrete and put forward the re-search ways in the future .%针对当前我国建筑保温材料的弊端,介绍了DY-09无机防火保温板的制备方法,并对影响其性能的各种因素进行了分析研究.所制得的保温板干容重为170±5kg/m3、导热系数≤0@.05 W· K-1· m-1、抗压强度≥0.40MPa、拉拔强度≥0.1MPa、生产成本≤300元/m3,综合性能具有一定的优势,是当今较为理想的建筑保温材料.通过对泡沫混凝土传热特性的分析,提出了今后的研究方向.
