光机电一体化技术在煤炭输送控制系统设计中的应用

摘要

针对PLC技术、气动技术、传感器技术在煤炭输送控制系统中的设计与应用问题，探索分析了煤炭输送控制系统的关键技术。在分析处理各环节逻辑关系的基础上对煤炭输送控制系统的控制环节进行了设计，并能与上位机进行通讯，实现地上在线监控，提高了煤炭输送的自动化水平和安全性。%In view of the problems in the design and application of PLC technology,pneumatic technology,sensor technology in the coal conveying control system,the key technology of coal conveying control system were explored and analyzed.Based on the analysis of the logical relation between each link,the control links of coal conveying control system was designed.It can communicate with the upper machine,and online monitoring on the ground can be realized,the automation level and safety of the coal transportation was improved.
