高校突发事件应急处置的管理与思考--以泉州医学高等专科学校“校园110”联动值班管理为例

随着高校招生人数日益增多及网络信息化快速发展，受到国际及国内一些消极因素的影响，高校突发事件日益增多，而高校对突发事件的预防措施都较单一。本文通过诠释高校突发事件的类型及特征，定义“校园110”联动值班的内涵，以泉州医学高等专科学校“校园110”联动值班管理为例，提出提高应急处置高校突发事件的路径与方法。%With increasing undergraduate enrollment and rapid development of network informatization,affected by the international and domestic negative factors,emergencies in colleges and universities are increasing,and the preventive measures of emergency are relatively simple.This paper interprets the types and characteristics of colle-ges and universities emergencies,defines the connotation of“Campus 1 10”joint duty,puts forward the path of the emergency disposal and the method.
