磁场作用下量子阱中极化子的性质

         

摘要

The properties of the polaron in a quantum well are studied in a magnetic field.The effective mass is calculated and the relations between the ground state energy and the other physical quantities are discussed.The results show that the effective mass is only related with the coupling strength,which increases quickly with the coupling strength α and that the ground state energy increases quickly with the decreasing of the quantum well width,which indicates that the quantum size effect is significant.The ground state energy increases with increasing of the cyclotron frequency of the magnetic field and the velocity of the polaron.%研究了磁场作用下量子阱中弱耦合极化子的性质,计算了磁极化子的有效质量并分别讨论了磁极化子基态能量与其他物理量之间的关系。结果表明:量子阱中弱耦合磁极化子的有效质量仅与耦合强度α有关,且随α增大而迅速增大。随着阱宽的减小基态能量迅速增加,说明量子尺寸效应较显著;基态能量随磁场回旋频率和极化子的速度的增加而增大。
