高效智能布袋除尘器专用打圈机研制

摘要

The intelligent and efficient bag filter ribs forming machine was developed in accordance with the structural features and production requirements of the current-used bag dust filter ribs. The equipment mainly consists of six parts: the straightening system, the feeding system, the cut feeding system, the forming system, the discharging system and the control system. The equipment achieves the performance goals of automatic production, good product quality and working stability, and thus high production efficiency. Verified by actual production, this equipment can meet the growing requirements of bag dust filter production.%根据当前布袋袋笼椭圆环筋结构特点和生产要求，研制一种高效智能布袋除尘器专用椭圆环筋打圈机。该设备主要由调直系统、进料系统、切料系统、成形系统、出料系统和控制系统组成。设备实现全自动生产，产品质量和工作稳定性好，生产效率高。通过实际生产验证，此设备能够满足日益增长的袋笼生产要求。
