合水县基础教育现状考察报告

摘要

通过对合水县基础教育现状的实地考察和调查访问，发现合水县基础教育薄弱、质量不高的症结，主要在于基础教育存在两大难题：一是学区校长只管财务，不管业务；二是学校数量太少、分布不平衡。以此为相关行政主管部门改革合水基础教育的现状提供有价值的参考。%This study carries out a field observation and investigation of the present situation of elementary edu-cation in Heshui County and finds out the two causes of the poor elementary education of the county.One is that principals of schools pay more attention to financial affairs rather than to teaching;the other is that the number of elementary schools is too small and schools aren't equally distributed.The result of the study therefore provides val-uable reference for the related administrative departments to reform the present situation of elementary education in Heshui County.
