基于合成沸石的Cr3+深度吸附处理

     

摘要

以吸附后溶液中Cr3+质量浓度低于国家相关标准为目的,采用搅拌动态吸附的方法,研究投加量、吸附时间、吸附温度、pH值对吸附的影响,考察沸石粉对Cr3+深度吸附的条件。实验发现,在沸石粉投加量为1 g/L的前提下,吸附时间为2 h、温度为55℃、pH值为4~5时分别达到较好吸附效果。开展三因素三水平正交试验,得到深度吸附条件为:投加量1 g/L、吸附时间2 h、吸附温度35℃、pH=5,此时去除率达到99.7%。对深度吸附条件进行验证,发现在此条件下可以将Cr3+溶液的质量浓度由0.1 mg/L降低至0.03 mg/L;最后通过实验得出沸石粉对Cr3+的饱和吸附量为79.93 mg/g。%For the purpose of reducing the concentration of Cr3+in solution to comply with related national standard after ab⁃sorption, the dynamic absorption method by stirring is adopted to study the conditions of synthetic zeolite’s absorption of Cr3+. The influences of dosing quantities, adsorption time, adsorption temperature and pH on absorption are studied. The experiment results show that with 1 g/L of synthetic zeolite dosage, the best absorption performance is achieved respectively when adsorption time is 2 h, and temperature is 55℃, and pH is 4-5. The orthogonal experiment with three factors and three levels shows that best absorption is achieved in 2 h with 1g/L of synthetic zeolite dosage, 35 ℃ in temperature, and pH at 5, where the removal rate is as high as 99.7%. The absorption conditions are validated with experiments, which show that the concentration of Cr3+in solution decreases from 0.1 mg/L to 0.03 mg/L under the optimized condition and that saturated absorption of synthetic zeolite is 79.93 mg/g.
