亲水改性型管式淡化器的传热传质数值模拟

     

摘要

Based on the basic theory of CFD numerical simulation, a physical model of the tubular desalination still by hydro⁃philic modification was built. By using Fluent, this paper simulated the heat and mass transfer process of a hydrophilic modified still, and the effect of different water injection rates and different contact angles on heat transfer performance. The results show that the convective heat transfer coefficient of the hydrophilic modified wall surface of a tubular still is four times as large as that of smooth wall surface;when the water injection rate is 0.216~0.432 m3/h, seawater can form a relatively complete liquid membrane on the hydrophilic modified wall surface;when the contact angle is less than 15°, the liquid membrane almost covers the whole hydro⁃philic modified wall surface, which is stable and does not fall off.%基于CFD数值模拟基本理论,构建了亲水改性型管式淡化器热质传递物理模型,采用Fluent软件模拟了光滑型、亲水改性型管式淡化器的热质传递过程,在此基础上研究了不同进水速度和不同亲水改性壁面接触角对淡化器传热性能的影响。结果表明:管式淡化器亲水改性壁面的对流换热系数是光滑壁面的4倍;进水速度为0.216~0.432 m3/h时,海水能在亲水改性壁面形成较完整的液膜;接触角小于15°时,液膜基本覆盖整个壁面,且稳定不脱落,基体表面表现出优良的亲水性。
