KJF－800/300－Ⅱ可控硅串级调速数控装置的研制及可靠性分析

利用MCS51系列单片机实现对KJF－800/300－Ⅱ可控硅串线调速系统的自动控制，采用电机转速、转子电流双闭环控制及报警信号自动检测，提高控制精度，达到安全生产，节约能源的目的。%The automatic control of KJF-800/300- Ⅱ controllable silicon series velocity modulation system is implemented by MCS51 series monolithic microcomputer that adopts closed loops control of electric machinery rational speed, rotor current and the automatic detecting of alarm signals. It enhances the control precision and achieve the goal of safe operation and energy saving.
