工业废弃二氧化硅是化学工业生产中产品做除杂处理时产生的废弃物.为研究工业废弃二氧化硅制水玻璃的最优条件,以水玻璃模数为指标,考察了 NaOH 溶液质量分数、物料比(工业废弃 SiO2与 NaOH 溶液质量比)、碱浸时间和碱浸温度等因素对水玻璃模数的影响,最终确立了工业废弃 SiO2制备水玻璃的较优方案:NaOH溶液质量分数为10%,物料质量比为1∶2,反应时间8 h,反应温度100℃,较优方案下制得的水玻璃模数为2.3681.% Industrial waste of silica is a kind of waste in the chemical industry production. In order to determine the optimal conditions of water glass made from industrial waste of silica , the effect of correlative parameters including NaOH concentration, material ratio (industrial waste of silica to NaOH in weight), reaction time and reaction temperature on the modulus of water glass was studied.The optimal scheme was established and confirmed, known as NaOH concentration 10%, material ratio 1∶2, reaction time 8 h and reaction temperature 100℃.. The modulus is 2.3681 which is verified on the optimal experiment condition.
