精密板式过滤器运纸机构的设计

摘要

针对铝板箔加工市场中铝板箔生产线上精密板式过滤器运纸机构的使用现状，设计了新型运纸机构，解决了过滤用废纸和废硅藻土不能分离的问题，该机构简单、操作方便，其主要技术参数及工作性能达到了设计要求，使得过滤后的废料废纸能达到分类处理，有利于环保。%Aiming at plate-filter’s paper advance mechanism’s current situation in use of aluminum foil production line in the aluminum foil processing market, the new paper advancing mechanism was designed to have solved the filtered waste paper and waste diatomite which can’t be separated. This mechanism is simple and can be operated conveniently. Its main technical parameters and working performance meet the design requirements, which make the waste paper achieve classification after filtering processing, and protect the environment.
