超稠油管道集肤电伴热效应实验与数值模拟

         

摘要

Using the skin effect current tracing techniques in super heavy oil pipeline in Liaohe oilfield as the background, the physical model and mathematical model of the skin effect current tracing in super heavy oil pipeline was set up, and indoor experiment and numerical simulation method was used to analyze the skin effect current tracing. Study results show that through the experiment and the simulation of a comparative analysis of the data, using software to make the simulation calculation is possible. Not only can you display the temperature distribution of super heavy oil pipeline, but also made a theoretical basis for the optimization of super heavy oil pipeline heat tracing effect and the safe shutdown time.%以辽河油田超稠油管道集肤电伴热工艺为理论依据,建立了超稠油管道集肤电伴热效应物理模型和数学模型,并采用室内实验与数值模拟的方法对集肤伴热效果进行分析.研究结果表明,通过对实验和模拟数据的对比,采用软件进行仿真计算是可行的,不仅可以直观地显示超稠油管道内温度场的分布情况,还可为超稠油管道伴热效果的优化和安全停输时间的确定提供了一定的理论依据.
