校企合作背景下高职管理类专业实践教学的思考

摘要

实践教学是高职教育培养技能型人才的重要渠道，目前，管理类专业实践教学效果不理想，有相当一部分院校实践教学流于形式，本文首先分析了高职管理类专业实践教学中存在的问题，提出了校企合作背景下实践教学的理念，并给出了校企合作背景高职管理类专业开展实践教学应当采取的措施。%〔Abstract〕 The practical teaching is an important channel for cultivating skilled talents. At present, the effect of management specialty practical teaching is not satisfying with a considerable part of college practical teach-ing just stray in form. This article analyzes the problems existed in practical teaching of management specialty, proposed the concept of practical teaching under the background of school enterprise cooperation, and gives the measures to carry out practical teaching in management specialty of higher vocational education.
