痕迹物证在命案现场勘查中的分析与运用

Careful, meticulous, comprehensive and systematic investigation of the murder scene plays an important role as a link in solving murder cases. Effective analysis and application of trace evidence extracting from a variety of crime scenes can not only determine the nature of the murder case, but also determine whether the site found is the first scene and the whole process of the suspect in the crime scene, identify the suspect or the distinction between primary and secondary suspects, so as to provide the necessary direction and scope for solving the case, to provide strong evidence of benefit value for trial proceedings.%认真、细致、全面、系统地对命案现场进行勘查与检验，是侦破命案工作中的重要环节。有效地对各种命案现场中提取到的痕迹物证进行分析和运用，不仅可以确定整个命案案件的性质，据此判断出“当事”现场是否为第一现场，确定犯罪嫌疑人在整个现场中的作案过程，还可以直接认定犯罪嫌疑人或区分犯罪嫌疑人的主次，从而为侦查破案提供必要的方向和范围，为诉讼审判提供强有利的证据价值。
