The communist party member＇s party spirit training is the communist party member＇s self education, self exercise, self-improvement, self-perfection, and the constantly upgrading of party spirit in such aspects as politics, ideology, moral quality and ability according to party principles for self education. The function of the development and utilization of traditional revolutionary resources cannot be replaced in education and in guiding the party member cadre to make unremitting efforts to strengthen the party spirit training.
