党的执政能力建设与群众路线的内在逻辑

T he mass line is the summary of the experience of long-term revolution and construction of the Communist Party ,and it is the party’s important working and leading method and is also the core and foundation to strengthen the Party ’s ruling ability construction in the new period .Adhering to the mass line is helpful to show the advanced nature of the Party ,w hich is beneficial to promote the cause of social-ism ,and also conducive to the consolidation of the ruling status of the Party .At the same time ,the Party’s ruling ability construction is the fundamental guarantee to effectively carry out and implement the Party’s mass line .The Party’s ruling ability construction mainly covers five kinds of abilities :reining the market economy ,developing socialist democratic politics and building socialist advanced culture ,building a socialist harmonious society and dealing with the international affairs .The improvement of the Party’s ruling ability can better fulfill the mass line of the Party and realize the Chinese dream of the great rejuve-nation of the Chinese nation .%群众路线是中国共产党长期革命和建设经验的系统总结，是党的重要工作方法和领导方法，更是新时期加强党的执政能力建设的核心和基础。坚持群众路线有利于彰显党的先进性，有利于推动社会主义事业，有利于巩固党的执政地位。同时，党的执政能力建设也是切实有效地贯彻和落实党的群众路线优良传统的根本保障。党的执政能力建设主要涵盖提高驾驭市场经济、发展社会主义民主政治、建设社会主义先进文化、构建社会主义和谐社会、应对国际局势和处理国际事务等五种能力。党的执政能力的提升，能更好地践行党的群众路线，实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦。
