城市化中新生社区党建科学化的目标及路径

摘要

To promote community-level Party building scientifically is the fundamental project of making Party building more scientific in all respects .Party organizations in urbanized communities are facing the challenges of own transformation and reconstruction of Party building model and innovation of social man-agement ,pressing for the requirement of scientific goals to promote community-level Party building ,en-hancing actual effect ,and consolidating the organizational foundation for the exercise of governance by the Party .The scientific goals of community-level Party building should include the modernization of Party or-ganizations ,the standardization of education and management of Party members ,the institutionalization of building system and the scientific methods of Party building .Now we should start from the actual situation of community-level Party organizations ,build Party organizations into learning ,service-oriented and inno-vative Party organizations ,expand intra-Party democracy at the community level ,improve community-lev-el Party building system ,construct the regional network platform of community-level Party building ,and make community-level Party building more scientific in all respects .%　　基层党建科学化是全面提高党的建设科学化水平的基础工程。城市化进程中新生社区党组织面临着自身转型的挑战、党建模式重构的挑战，以及社会管理创新的挑战，迫切要求以科学化为目标强化基层党建工作，增强实效，夯实党执政的组织基础。新生社区党建科学化的目标应包括党组织自身现代化、党员教育和管理规范化、党建工作制度化，以及党建方式方法科学化。当前，应从新生社区党建工作的实际出发，加强学习型、服务型、创新型党组织建设，发展党内基层民主，完善基层党建工作制度，构建区域化网络党建平台，全面提升新生社区党建科学化水平。
