海洋经济可持续发展水平的时空差异与演变特征研究

摘要

To achieve sustainable development of marine economy is an effective way to solve the current shortage of resources faced by humanity, tight space environmental degradation and other issues.We construct a marine economic evaluation index system of sustainable development by analyzing China's coastal 11 provinces and cities from 1998 to 2013,and making the level of sustainable development of marine economy of quantitative evaluation and analysis,and temporal and spatial patterns of their differences Evolution analysis.The results show:①The level of China's marine economy sustainable development increase significantly foom 1998 to 2006, and decrease slowly from 2007 to 2013.The relative difference between areas decreases, and the absolute difference increases slowly.②The spatial correlation is not big.The inter-provincial variation is diflerent.At present, only Shanghai enters into high level city of sustainable development.Hebei,Guangxi,Hainan have been in a weak level of sustainable development.Other cities have reached the level of a stronger sustainable development.%通过构建海洋经济可持续发展评价指标体系,运用可持续发展度模型对沿海11个省市1998-2013年的海洋经济可持续发展水平进行定量评价和分析,并对其时空差异与空间格局演变进行分析.结果表明:①海洋经济可持续发展水平总体上呈现1998-2006年大幅波动上升,2007-2013年缓慢上升或小幅降低态势,区域相对差异逐渐减小,绝对差异缓慢增大;②空间上相关性不大,省际变化各异,目前,仅有上海市进入强可持续发展水平,河北、广西、海南一直处于弱可持续发展水平,其他均已达到较强可持续发展水平.
