防止含硫FAS3420 H齿轮钢连铸水口堵塞的工艺实践

Using the program 50tEBT-LF-VD-caster, special steel plant of Benxi steel produces gear steel FAS 3420H, In order to avoid the nozzle clogging during continuous casting , we carry out such measures as controlling the terminal carbon of electric furnace≥0.07, controlling 〔S〕,〔Al〕 and Ca/Al values according to the target composition , keeping the casting superheat at 25-40℃, and work pulling speed at 0.90 m/min.As a result, the continuous times increase from 3-6 to 9-10.%本钢特殊钢厂采用50t EBT-LF-VD-连铸（235mm ×265mm）生产 FAS3420H齿轮钢。通过控制电炉终点碳≥0．07％，按目标成分控制〔S〕、〔Al〕及Ca/Al值，连铸钢水过热度25～40℃，工作拉速0．90m/min等工艺措施，避免了连铸过程的水口堵塞，使得连铸连浇炉数由3～6炉提高到9～11炉。
