Developing rural music education is the chief task to improve the overall national quality,and the social problem of improving people＇s livelihood,as well as realizing the harmonious development.At the same time it is also the strategic goal of constructing new countryside in our country.Thousands of years of social civilization tells us healthy,vibrant culture education is the ladder of economic development and social progress,and the source of durable human civilization.Music education gives human aesthetic ability,which is the important link of culture education.%大力发展农村音乐教育是提高国民整体素质的首要任务,是改善民生、实现和谐发展的社会问题,同时也是我国建设新农村的战略目标。几千年的社会文明告诉我们：健康、充满活力的文化教育是经济发展和社会进步的阶梯,也是人类文明经久不息的源泉,音乐教育赋予了人类审美的能力,是文化教育中极其重要的环节。
