高职院校学生素质养成教育体系研究

摘要

Taking the pattern of vocational quality cultivating education for students in financial higher vocational colleges as an example, this paper tries to find the relatively common method for students＇ quality cultivation. It can conform the previously separate education teaching to form join force, serving college students＇ vocational quality cultivation together. The system of students＇ quality cultivation in vocational colleges include three aspects, the construction of financial vocational moral environment, the construction of college students＇ employment and entrepreneurship center, and the construction of financial employers＇ quality extension center.%以金融类高职院校学生职业素质养成教育模式为例,力图找到对职业院校学生素质培养方面较为普遍的方法,将过去的分散性教育教学整合起来,形成合力,共同服务于大学生职业素质培养。职业院校学生素质培养体系具体包括三方面内容：金融职业道德环境建设、大学生就业与创业中心建设、金融从业人员素质拓展中心建设。
