高职物流实训教学的特点与发展趋势探析

摘要

The practical training teaching in higher vocational logistics m anagem ent is qualified w ith som e characteristics, such as the cultivation surrounding vocational ability, the cultivation of outstanding practical skills, the process of operation, and the visualization, specification and certain open of practical training teaching. The developing tendency of practical teaching is to increase the teaching hours gradually w ith closer and closer college-enterprise cooperation. It focuses on the integration and deepening of theory know ledge in the teaching, and em phasizes the individual developm ent of students in future.%　　高职物流管理专业实训教学具有教学围绕职业能力的培养，突出实践技能培养，过程具有可操作性，实训教学形象化、具体化和具有一定开放性等特点。实训教学的发展趋势是，课时比例逐渐增加，校企合作越来越紧密，教学中注重理论知识的整合和深化，重视学生今后的个人发展。
