To realize the requirements is the key to cultivating higher vocational talents. The precise training of skilled talents is a system, and needs a system support. In the whole process of talent training it needs to refine the concept to promote the implementation; in the training methods it should regard the law of vocational education as the characteristics and foundation, constantly explore and practice, and form the methods with the characteristics of skilled talents training.
