GA3处理对紫斑牡丹种子生根的影响

摘要

GA3处理能够提前紫斑牡丹种子生根时间，加快生根速度，低浓度（≤300 mg/L） GA3能够提高紫斑牡丹种子生根率及主根长度≥4 cm的种子百分率和长度≥1 cm的侧根数量，但是高浓度（＞300 mg/L） GA3则抑制种子生根。%This paper analyzes the existing problems and reasons for agriculture higher vocational colleges to serve the building of new socialist countryside .This paper also presents strategies for consolidating colleges’ development orientation and increasing their activity in serving new countryside.
