公司登记的效力分析

公司登记效力在我国公司登记立法中基本处于空白状态,理论界对于公司登记的效力缺乏系统、深入的研究,存在较多分歧和疑义。因此,文中对公司登记效力的应然状态和实践问题进行分析与探讨,并提出作者的看法。%The effect of the company registration is basically in blank state in the legislation of company registration in China,and there are more differences and doubts in theoretical circles for lack of systematic and indepth research on the effect of company registration.Therefore, this paper analyzed and discussed the status and practical issues of the effect of the company registration and put forward the author＇s own views.
