我国公安机关现行警察体制改革探析

摘要

随着我国市场经济的深入发展,公安工作也要适应经济体制改革,通过分析我国现行公安机关警察体制的特点,提出我国公安机关警察体制改革的必要性,并从管理模式、行政执法权与刑事执法权的划分、职级与警衔相对应、警务人员职系等几方面提出改革建议,以期更加高效地履行警务职责。%With the in-depth development of China's market economy,the public security work must adapt to the reform of the economic system.Through the analysis of the characteristics of the current police system of the public security organs,proposed the need for the reform of China's public security organs,and suggested from the management model,the division of administrative enforcement powers and criminal law enforcement powers,the corresponding of grades and ranks and the police officer grades,in order to more efficiently perform police duties.
