辽宁省古生物化石保护的立法研究

摘要

Through the study of the status of the legislation of fossils protection in Liaoning Province,analyzed the problems and the reasons of the legislation of fossils protection,proposed the improvement of the guiding ideology of legislation,developed specialized fossils level and scientific evaluation criteria and established fossils experts committee.%通过对辽宁省古生物化石保护立法现状的研究,分析了古生物化石保护立法中存在的问题及原因,提出了完善立法指导思想,制定专门的古生物化石等级与科学价值评价标准和成立古生物化石专家委员会等对策。
