论我国精神损害赔偿制度的现状和不足

摘要

近年来,精神损害赔偿在我国得到了实践和发展,但在社会不断前进的今天,我国关于精神损害赔偿的相关规定存在明显缺陷,难以适应时代的发展。在系统研究我国精神损害赔偿体系的基础上,指出我国精神损害赔偿制度的不足,以期引起法律界对相关问题的重视。%The compensation for moral damages in China in recent years has been the practice and development,but there are obvious flaws in the relevant provisions of our mental damages in the continually advanced society,which is difficult to adapt to the development.The article pointed out that the insufficiency of the compensation system for moral damage on the basis of the study of compensation system for moral damage,in order to arouse the attention of the legal profession on the related issues.
