The article pointed out that the comprehensive development concept of the scientific development concept was of great guiding significance in the current implementation of the intellectual property strategy.The article first introduced the theoretical connotation of comprehensive development concept and the realistic background,then concretely analyzed the relationship between the implementation of the intellectual property strategy and the comprehensive development concept.%本文在指出科学发展观的全面发展观对当下知识产权战略的实施具有重大的指导意义前提下,首先介绍全面发展观的理论内涵和提出的现实背景,对知识产权战略实施与全面发展观两者之间的关系做了深入研究。
